FEXLE Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce CPQ Developer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing stakeholder discussions, documenting requirements, and collaborating with the implementation team to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development, particularly in CPQ solutions, and will be responsible for implementing code to the highest standards. As a Salesforce CPQ Developer, you will work independently while also being a good team player, capable of suggesting the right implementation approaches rather than merely following instructions. This position offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity for professionals looking to make a significant impact in a rapidly growing Salesforce consulting and development company. In this role, you will be expected to have a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and be proficient in various Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Aura Components. You will also need to demonstrate hands-on experience in creating lightning components and integrating Salesforce with other systems. Your responsibilities will include working with both standard and custom Salesforce objects, fields, formulas, workflows, process builders, and flows. You will lead projects, manage technical project teams, and perform code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in technology implementation for full-lifecycle enterprise software projects, with a strong focus on Salesforce customizations and integrations. You will be proficient in architecting CPQ solutions that align with business requirements and have a thorough understanding of the CPQ object data model, including products, pricing rules, product options, standard pricing, pricebooks, and pricebook entries. Excellent communication, leadership, and management skills are essential for fostering a team-oriented environment and driving project success.

Requirements

  • Good command of the Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Aura Components
  • Hands-on experience with creating the lightning components
  • Experience with Integration
  • Deep knowledge of the Salesforce architecture
  • Able to identify when to use config vs code
  • Able to work with Salesforce Standard and Custom Objects, Fields, Formulas, Workflows, Process Builders, Flows, etc.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in technology implementation for full-lifecycle enterprise software projects
  • At a minimum of 5 years of experience developing Salesforce customizations (Apex), and integrations, and to develop and execute data migrations
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience leading projects, technical project teams, and performing code reviews
  • Proficient in architecting the CPQ solutions around business requirements
  • Proficient with CPQ object data model deeply
  • Proficient with Products, Pricing Rules, Product Options, Standard Pricing, Pricebook, and PriceBook entries
  • Proficient in the Salesforce security model
  • Proficient in Salesforce box features
  • Proven ability to build, manage, and foster a team-oriented environment
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Desire to work in an information systems environment
