About the position

This position within Salesforce Consulting services at PwC focuses on leveraging Salesforce technology to enhance customer experiences and drive sustainable change for clients. As a Manager, you will lead a team to solve complex business issues, develop custom solutions, and transform sales, service, and marketing capabilities through data analysis and strategic community building.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new skills outside of comfort zone.
  • Act to resolve issues which prevent the team working effectively.
  • Coach others, recognize their strengths, and encourage them to take ownership of their personal development.
  • Analyze complex ideas or proposals and build a range of meaningful recommendations.
  • Use multiple sources of information including broader stakeholder views to develop solutions and recommendations.
  • Address sub-standard work or work that does not meet firm's/client's expectations.
  • Use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making.
  • Develop a point of view on key global trends, and how they impact clients.
  • Manage a variety of viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcomes for all parties.
  • Simplify complex messages, highlighting and summarizing key points.
  • Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce consulting or related roles.
  • Proven success in functional and technical capacities, including working with business stakeholders and understanding their needs.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce platform configuration, customization, integration, and administration.
  • Experience in producing technical solution architecture work involving different Salesforce clouds and middleware products.
  • Ability to translate customer requirements into working solutions with Business Architects or Analysts.
  • Knowledge of enterprise applications commonly integrated with Salesforce.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's Degree in Computer and Information Science or Management Information Systems.
  • Salesforce.com certifications such as Certified Administrator, Certified Developer, or Certified Sales/Service Consultant.
