About the position

The Salesforce CPQ Product Manager / Solution Architect role is a hybrid position based in New Jersey, focused on leading Salesforce CPQ implementations and managing product solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce CPQ, product management, and solution architecture, with a strong emphasis on driving successful project outcomes and collaborating with customers and partners throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead full cycle Salesforce CPQ implementations.
• Collaborate with customers and partners during project cycles.
• Drive architectural tradeoff analysis for various product types.
• Create a product backlog for system vision and MVP through stakeholder discovery.
• Guide the evaluation of functional and QTC business process requirements.
• Build relationships with key collaborators and team members.
• Identify and address technical risks early in the project cycle.
• Analyze, design, and optimize quote to cash business processes via technology and integration.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Salesforce CPQ and related fields.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience with Salesforce CPQ.
• Experience in product management and solution architecture.
• Minimum 3+ years as a consultant in CPQ, order management, and billing on Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce CPQ, billing, product and pricing rules, orders, and contracts.
• Experience with renewals, amendments, cancellations, and uplift of subscription products.
• Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.

• Experience in leading or contributing to internal pivotal initiatives.
• Support pre-sales activities to position CPQ Lead to Cash offerings.
