About the position

The Salesforce CPQ Project Manager will lead multiple Salesforce CPQ implementations across the US and Canada, ensuring successful project delivery within defined timelines and budgets. This role requires a strong background in Salesforce CRM and CPQ, along with hands-on experience in managing full lifecycle CPQ projects. The successful candidate will utilize Azure DevOps for project tracking and implement change management practices to foster user buy-in.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle for Salesforce CPQ implementations, ensuring successful delivery within defined timelines and budget.
• Serve as the primary contact for business users, stakeholders, and leadership to document requirements and maintain clear project communication.
• Define project scope, set objectives, and establish detailed work plans, identifying dependencies and potential risks.
• Employ change management practices to drive user adoption, crafting strategies to ensure smooth implementation.
• Leverage knowledge of Salesforce CRM and CPQ to guide configuration, customization, and the implementation process with technical teams.
• Conduct quality checks and regular reviews to meet project standards.
• Maintain thorough documentation and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Use ADO to manage project tasks, track user stories, and ensure visibility of all project activities.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience managing multiple end-to-end Salesforce CPQ implementations.
• Strong organizational skills with a proactive approach.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, CPQ, and ADO.
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
• Solid understanding of change management principles to facilitate user adoption.
• Analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and decision-making.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (preferred but not required).

Nice-to-haves

• Salesforce certifications, particularly in CPQ or Project Management.
• PMP or Agile certifications.
