About the position

As a Salesforce consulting generalist at PwC, you will leverage a broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Salesforce applications to provide consulting services to clients. Your role involves analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilization of Salesforce applications. You will assist clients in optimizing operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives while growing as a strategic advisor and motivating others to solve complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client needs and implement software solutions for Salesforce applications.
• Provide training and support for effective utilization of Salesforce applications.
• Assist clients in optimizing operational efficiency and achieving strategic objectives.
• Leverage influence and expertise to deliver quality results as a strategic advisor.
• Motivate and coach team members to solve complex problems.
• Apply sound judgment to recognize when to take action and when to escalate issues.
• Communicate clearly and effectively to convey holistic stories and validate outcomes with clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.
• 7 years of experience in consulting or related fields.
• Salesforce.com certifications such as Certified Administrator, Certified Developer, or Certified Sales/Service/CPQ Consultant preferred.
• Proven record of success in understanding client business problems and developing Salesforce technology-enabled solutions.
• Experience in improving performance across various business units including Sales, Service, and IT.
• Ability to lead teams and create an atmosphere of trust and innovation.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in Financial Services or Healthcare industry preferred.
• Knowledge of CRM technologies and platform-based applications.
• Experience with software configuration and coding in Salesforce.com and related applications.
