About the position

As a Salesforce consulting generalist at PwC, you will leverage a broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Salesforce applications to provide consulting services to clients. This role involves analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilization of Salesforce applications, ultimately helping clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 7 years of experience in consulting or related fields.
• Proven record of success in understanding client business problems and developing Salesforce technology-enabled solutions.
• Experience in improving performance across various business units such as Sales, Service, and IT.
• Ability to lead teams and create an atmosphere of trust and innovation.
• Experience with software configuration and coding in Salesforce.com and related technologies.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's Degree in Computer and Information Science or Management Information Systems.
• Salesforce.com certifications such as Certified Administrator or Certified Developer.
• Experience in Financial Services or Healthcare industry.
