About the position

As a Salesforce consulting generalist at PwC, you will leverage your broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Salesforce applications to provide consulting services to clients. This role involves analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilization of Salesforce applications. You will assist clients in optimizing operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives while growing as a strategic advisor and motivating others to solve complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and support for effective utilization of Salesforce applications.
• Assist clients in optimizing operational efficiency and achieving strategic objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 7 years of experience in consulting or related roles.
• One or more Salesforce.com certifications (Certified Administrator, Certified Developer, or Certified Sales/Service/CPQ Consultant).
• Proven record of success in understanding client business problems and developing Salesforce technology-enabled solutions.
• Experience in improving performance across various business units such as Sales, Service, and IT.
• Strong leadership skills with experience supervising teams and providing coaching.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's Degree in Computer and Information Science or Management Information Systems.
• Experience in Financial Services or Healthcare industry advisory roles.
