About the position

As a Salesforce consulting generalist at PwC, you will leverage a broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Salesforce applications to provide consulting services to clients. This role involves analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilization of Salesforce applications, ultimately helping clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client needs and implement software solutions for Salesforce applications.
• Provide training and support for effective utilization of Salesforce applications.
• Motivate and coach team members to solve complex problems.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members.
• Direct the team through complex situations, demonstrating composure and sound judgment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 7 years of experience in consulting or related fields.
• One or more Salesforce.com certifications (Certified Administrator, Certified Developer, or Certified Sales/Service/CPQ Consultant).
• Proven record of success in understanding client business problems and developing technology-enabled solutions.
• Experience in improving performance across various business units such as Sales, Service, and IT.
• Ability to lead teams and create an atmosphere of trust and innovation.
• Strong skills in business development, client relationship management, and proposal development.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's Degree in Computer and Information Science or Management Information Systems.
• Experience in Financial Services or Healthcare industry preferred.
• Knowledge of software configuration, Apex coding, or Visualforce coding in Salesforce.com.
• Experience with third-party integrations and related cloud or on-premise ERP applications.
