About the position

As a Salesforce consulting generalist at PwC, you will leverage a broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Salesforce applications to provide consulting services to clients. This role involves analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilization of Salesforce applications, ultimately helping clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client needs and implement software solutions for Salesforce applications.
• Provide training and support for effective utilization of Salesforce applications.
• Develop and sustain high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams.
• Craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story.
• Apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities.
• Validate outcomes with clients and act on client feedback.
• Direct the team through complexity and demonstrate composure in challenging situations.
• Initiate open and honest coaching conversations at all levels.
• Make difficult decisions to resolve issues hindering team effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 7 years of experience in consulting or related roles.
• One or more Salesforce.com certifications (Certified Administrator, Certified Developer, or Certified Sales/Service/CPQ Consultant).
• Proven record of success in understanding client business problems and developing Salesforce technology-enabled solutions.
• Experience in improving performance of Sales, Service, Marketing, R&D, IT, and Operations business units.
• Ability to lead teams and create an atmosphere of trust and innovation.
• Experience in software configuration, Mobile solutions, Apex coding, or Visualforce coding in Salesforce.com.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's Degree in Computer and Information Science or Management Information Systems.
• Experience in Financial Services or Healthcare industry preferred.
