About the position

The Salesforce CRM Developer role is focused on developing and customizing Salesforce applications to meet business needs. The position requires extensive experience in CRM development, particularly with Salesforce, and involves working with various tools and technologies to enhance the functionality and performance of Salesforce systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Lightning Components, Flow/Automation, Triggers, SOQL, Apex, and Visualforce.
• Configure Custom Objects, Custom Fields, and customize Page Layouts according to application requirements.
• Implement Workflow Alerts, Pick Lists, Record Types, Process builders, Custom Tabs, and Custom Buttons.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions.
• Integrate third-party applications using SOAP and REST APIs.
• Utilize Salesforce data tools such as Data Loader, Workbench, and Informatica for data management.
• Manage Salesforce change processes using Visual Studio Code and GitHub version control.
• Develop scalable applications using Java and jQuery.
• Implement CI/CD practices and version control strategies for deployment.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in CRM development, preferably with multiple platforms like Microsoft Dynamics and SugarCRM.
• Strong experience with Salesforce technologies including Lightning Components, Flow/Automation, Triggers, SOQL, Apex, and Visualforce.
• Proficient in configuring Custom Objects, Custom Fields, and customizing Page Layouts.
• Experience with Salesforce data tools and change management processes.
• Strong programming skills in APEX and Lightning Web Components.
• Experience with testing methodologies and tools for Salesforce applications.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with building applications using Java and jQuery.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and version control strategies.
