About the position

The Salesforce CRM Lead/Architect role is focused on developing and implementing Salesforce CRM applications, particularly in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. The position requires strong technical expertise in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components, as well as experience in integrating Salesforce with other business applications. The role involves collaboration with stakeholders and developers to ensure seamless integration and effective project management in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Salesforce CRM applications with a focus on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Engage in custom user interface development using Visualforce, Lightning pages, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Utilize Apex Language, Classes, Controllers & Triggers, and Visual Force Pages for application development.
  • Integrate Salesforce with other business applications and maintain these integrations.
  • Adhere to Salesforce best practices and maintain code documentation.
  • Manage release cycles and deploy updates to existing applications and code.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration across business systems.
  • Work independently on Salesforce administrative tasks and environment management.

Requirements

  • Experience in Salesforce CRM app development at an enterprise level.
  • Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud/Communities, and Force.com.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with database design concepts and SOQL, SOSL, and SQL.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce administrative tasks including user security models and dashboards.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and deployment methodologies.
  • Salesforce Certified Developer credentials.

Nice-to-haves

  • Salesforce Certified Application/System/Technical Architect credentials.
  • Experience with Heroku and AWS integrations.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce1 Mobile and Salesforce for Outlook email functionality.
