About the position

We are seeking a QA Lead Engineer with extensive experience in Salesforce Testing to oversee and mentor the QA team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end functional testing of applications, ensuring high-quality deliverables through effective leadership and communication skills. This role requires a strong background in software testing, particularly within the Salesforce ecosystem, and a proven track record in automation testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the QA team in Salesforce Testing.
• Perform end-to-end functional testing for applications.
• Design and support automation testing using Selenium and Java.
• Create and maintain automation frameworks for API and GUI-based testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met.

Requirements

• 14 years of progressive experience in software testing or related functions.
• 6+ years of experience specifically in Salesforce Testing.
• 5+ years of experience in software automation testing.
• Proficiency in designing and supporting automation with Selenium and Java scripting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
