About The Position
We are hiring a Salesforce CRM Support Specialist! This person will be a member of a global team supporting Salesforce's Sales and Service Cloud platforms within Steelcase's IT environment. This role is responsible for the day-to-day support of Steelcase's Salesforce instance. The core job functions include working with various business partners to support, train, and communicate with them regarding their usage of Salesforce Lightning, and other applicable systems.
