The Salesforce Administrator at Kay Properties and Investments, LLC is responsible for managing and optimizing the Salesforce database to enhance operational efficiency and support the property analysis, sales, and marketing teams. Responsibilities
- Manage, update, and optimize the Salesforce database to support operational needs and enhance functionality for property analysis, sales, and marketing.
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions, including workflows, reports, and dashboards, to provide actionable insights.
- Use Zapier to automate workflows and integrate Salesforce with other technology applications, ensuring smooth data flow between platforms.
- Identify and deploy enhancements within Salesforce to improve process efficiency and support business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address sales and marketing requirements through Salesforce and AI technologies.
- Develop and maintain documentation for all Salesforce customizations and integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within Salesforce to maintain system performance and reliability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working directly with Salesforce.
- Proven experience in Salesforce database management, optimization, and automation.
- Proficiency in Zapier and similar integration platforms.
- Familiarity with AI technology applications and their integration within CRM systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
