The Salesforce Developer (APPLICATIONS PROGR 3) at the University of California, Davis is responsible for providing application development support for AggieService and other SAAS applications. Responsibilities

• Provide Salesforce application development support for AggieService and other SAAS applications.
• Analyze, design, implement, test, and integrate complex SAAS applications.
• Support operational needs and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Conduct technology research and development.

Requirements

• Experience building and maintaining ETL pipelines for data integration.
• Experience supporting CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Adobe Campaign.
• Proficient in one or more programming languages (Java, JavaScript, Python, Apex).
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle tools (Jira, Git).
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with object-oriented programming and test-driven development.
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and custom development.
• Familiarity with IAAS cloud services like AWS or Azure.
• Critical thinking skills for problem-solving.
