About the position
The Salesforce Developer (Community/Experience Cloud) at Kyra Solutions is responsible for implementing business solutions on the Salesforce platform, specifically focusing on the Experience Cloud. This role aims to enhance the effectiveness and quality of work life for state workers, ultimately benefiting the citizens they serve. The position requires a strong technical background in Salesforce development, particularly in high-volume transaction environments, and emphasizes collaboration with business analysts and project managers to ensure successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement solutions on the Salesforce platform, focusing on Experience Cloud/Community Cloud.
- Utilize Salesforce Lightning Experience, specifically the LWC Framework, for development.
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to gather and analyze requirements.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
- Guide end-to-end business processes and map them into features and workflows within Salesforce.
- Work with high volumes of transactions/data effectively.
Requirements
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience as a Salesforce Platform Developer.
- Hands-on expertise in configuration and custom development on the Salesforce platform.
- Experience with Experience Cloud/Community Cloud.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Experience, particularly LWC Framework.
- Experience with Apex, AURA, and LWC technologies.
- Familiarity with Flow or Process Builder.
- Strong understanding of web services and data transport technologies in an enterprise environment.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience working with Public Sector/Government is desired.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer certification.
- Salesforce Community Developer certification.
- Salesforce Administrator certification.
