At ICW Group, we are looking for a Salesforce Developer II who will play a crucial role in defining technical solutions to business problems across the Salesforce platform. This position is designed to redefine how customer relationships and data are managed on a single platform across the enterprise, utilizing tools from Salesforce. The Salesforce Developer II will lead the design, development, and support of Salesforce business applications, ensuring quality and success in all deliverables. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing data structures, flows, Apex classes, and Lightning components to support application builds. They will ensure that end-to-end solutions maintain technical integrity, stability, and scalability to accommodate the growing operations and defined business requirements. This role involves defining the scope and delivery of technical projects, developing enhancements, and managing data movement between systems. The Salesforce Developer II will also make recommendations for enhancements and modifications to improve system performance, efficiency, and reporting. In addition to leading and managing a portfolio of technical projects, the Salesforce Developer II will oversee the deployment management process, create scripts, and provide detailed documentation for deploying and supporting software. They will collaborate with product managers, engineers, developers, and key stakeholders to develop, maintain, and support the Salesforce platform, translating business objectives into technical solutions and system requirements. Effective communication and documentation of technical solutions and design trade-offs to business stakeholders will be essential. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying potential issues and risks, developing mitigation strategies, and providing technical advisory services on implementations with multiple integrations and software platforms. The Salesforce Developer II will also coordinate with internal security teams for user management and single sign-on (SSO) setup and maintenance, while researching and recommending new features with each Salesforce release.
