About the position

The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for developing software solutions tailored to the needs of users within the healthcare and public sector. This role involves hands-on programming in Salesforce, participating in Agile team deliverables, and providing on-call support as needed. The developer will engage in documentation, problem resolution, and solution delivery while ensuring high-performance technical solutions on the Force.com platform.

Responsibilities

  • Develop software solutions by studying information needs and conferring with users.
  • Prepare and install solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.
  • Participate in the completion of deliverables according to the definition of done for the Agile team.
  • Document solutions, analyze problems, and resolve issues as required.
  • Support applications in multiple environments with coding, testing, peer reviews, and troubleshooting.
  • Provide on-call support as needed.

Requirements

  • 8 years of experience in Salesforce, including Apex programming, Visualforce pages, Apex triggers, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components.
  • 8 years of experience in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) process, coding standards, change control, and version management.
  • 8 years of experience in all end-to-end technical aspects of a Salesforce.com program, including classic to lightning upgrades and data migrations.
  • 8 years of experience in implementing various authentication protocols (oAuth) for integrating third-party applications.
  • 8 years of experience with integrating Salesforce with cloud-based and on-premises applications using standard and custom REST APIs.

Nice-to-haves

  • 4 years of experience in DevOps technology including CI/CD pipeline and build and deployment tools such as Flosum and Git.
  • 2 years of experience in creating custom Reports and Dashboards in Salesforce.
  • 2 years of experience with Agile Software Development Methodologies.
