As part of this dynamic environment, we are seeking an experienced Salesforce or Salesforce Veeva Developer to join our team. This role is crucial in helping our clients address unprecedented challenges by unlocking greater opportunities and delivering exponential value through advanced technology solutions. In this position, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and customizing Salesforce applications built in Sales, Service, or Experience Cloud to meet specific business requirements. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications that guide the implementation process. Your expertise will be essential in developing and implementing workflows, reports, dashboards, and custom objects within Salesforce, ensuring that our solutions are both effective and efficient. Additionally, you will conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate the quality and functionality of the implemented solutions. Maintaining detailed documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes is also a key aspect of this role, as it ensures compliance and facilitates knowledge sharing among team members. Ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications will be part of your responsibilities, including troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements as needed. This hybrid role requires you to be in the local office 2-3 days per week, with primary hiring locations in Nashville, TN, and consideration for qualified applicants in other cities such as Austin, TX; Atlanta, GA; Berwyn, PA; Cincinnati, OH; Columbus, OH; Dallas, TX; and Tampa, FL.

Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and customize Salesforce applications built in Sales, Service, or Experience Cloud to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
  • Develop and implement workflows, reports, dashboards, and custom objects within Salesforce.
  • Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and functionality of the implemented solutions.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes to ensure compliance and facilitate knowledge sharing.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications, including troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience.
  • Proficient in SFDC - Configuration, Customization, Apex Programming, VisualForce, Lightning Framework, SOQL, SOSL, Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP), CI/CD pipeline, AppExchange, Version Control, Data Management, release management, Design and Build enablement, Data migration, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and JQuery.
  • Certifications: Salesforce Administrator, PD1, Sales Cloud/Service Cloud/Experience Cloud, Veeva Vault.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in administration, configuration, implementation, and support of Salesforce CRM and applications based on Apex Language.
  • Experience in designing and implementing custom solutions using SF Object, SF fields, WorkFlows, validation rules, Approval process, sharing rules, visual force pages, apex classes, controllers & triggers, Salesforce Lightning, and various other components.
  • Experience in Data migration and integration.
