About the position

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer/Software Engineer to lead enterprise-level projects, focusing on system architecture design and customization of Salesforce solutions, particularly in Einstein AI and Service Cloud integrations. Responsibilities

• Lead system architecture design for Salesforce solutions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer or Software Engineer.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Einstein AI and Service Cloud.
• Proficient in agile methodologies and project management.
• Experience in system architecture design and customization of Salesforce solutions.
• Ability to create process flow diagrams and technical documentation.
