About the position

As a Salesforce Developer at Michels Corporation, you will be responsible for coding, designing, developing, and implementing custom applications and processes within Salesforce and integrating them with existing business software solutions. This role involves collaborating with the IT Business Systems Solutions Team and operations to enhance efficiencies and reporting capabilities, contributing to the company's commitment to improving infrastructure and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems using APIs and middleware.
• Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce applications, ensuring high performance and user satisfaction.
• Implement Salesforce best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce functionality and performance.
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and new features, providing recommendations for enhancements.

Requirements

• Proficient with Visual Studio, C#/VB.net, and Microsoft .Net Framework.
• Proficient with SQL databases and TSQL.
• Proficient in writing of SSRS, Crystal Reports, and reports using other reporting systems.
• Salesforce Developer Certification (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer, Data Architect) is highly desirable.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration tools (desired).
• Familiarity with Salesforce architecture, best practices, and governance (desired).
