About the position

Insight Global is hiring a Salesforce Developer to join our Digital Services client. This Salesforce Developer will be working with their end client by contributing to design, development, and administration on end-to-end Salesforce Service cloud implementation, go-live, and support. We are looking for a qualified Junior Salesforce Developer who has 4+ years technical expertise with 2+ Salesforce Clouds: Sales, Marketing or Service Cloud. Strong communication skills and ability to work with offshore team is required. Candidates local to Dallas are preferred, however this role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design, development, and administration of Salesforce implementations.
• Support end-to-end Salesforce Service Cloud implementation and go-live processes.
• Collaborate with offshore teams to ensure project success.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Technical experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience contributing to design, development, and administration on end-to-end Salesforce implementation, go-live, and support.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with offshore teammates.
• Technical experience with Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud.
