About the position

The Salesforce Developer role at Capgemini involves working on enterprise-level projects utilizing agile methodologies. The position requires extensive experience in Salesforce configuration and customization, as well as the ability to define system architecture and deliver comprehensive solutions to meet business outcomes. The developer will lead discovery sessions, define business requirements, and create detailed system designs, while also leveraging advanced tools and technologies within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise-level projects using agile software development methodologies for over 7 years.
  • Configure and customize the Salesforce platform extensively.
  • Define the system architecture landscape and identify gaps between current and desired end-states.
  • Lead discovery sessions to define business requirements and write user stories.
  • Provide detailed system and functional designs.
  • Utilize key Einstein Tooling including Agent Studio, Prompt Builder, and AI features.
  • Set up Experience Cloud (MIAW Omni-Channel) with a focus on AI and integration.
  • Detail business processes and wire-frame system designs using UML and process flow diagrams.
  • Make recommendations for future state improved processes and system designs.
  • Present points of view clearly and effectively to various team members.
  • Rapidly learn and adapt to new concepts, business models, and technologies.
  • Develop materials appropriate for different audiences with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise-level projects using agile methodologies.
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce configuration and customization.
  • Authority level experience in defining system architecture and delivering comprehensive solutions.
  • Experience leading discovery sessions and defining business requirements.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and business models.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with AI and integration focus in Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with process flow diagram tools and UML sequence diagrams.
