About the position

The Salesforce Developer at Clicklease will play a crucial role in enhancing the company's proprietary technology platform by designing and implementing custom Salesforce solutions. This position focuses on integrating phone systems into Salesforce, ensuring seamless functionality, and providing technical guidance to support various business operations. The ideal candidate will contribute to Clicklease's mission of empowering small business owners through innovative financial solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other relevant technologies.
• Lead the integration of phone systems like Nice InContact into Salesforce, ensuring seamless connectivity and functionality.
• Provide technical guidance on the integration process, including understanding the licensing limitations, virtual dialers, and other telephony tools.
• Develop custom applications and workflows within Salesforce to support sales, service, and marketing teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce and integrated phone systems, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, sales, and customer service, to understand business needs and implement solutions that drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for all customizations, integrations, and processes.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a focus on integrating phone systems like Nice InContact.
• Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and other Salesforce development tools.
• Strong understanding of API integrations and telephony technologies.
• Hands-on experience with integrating phone systems into Salesforce, including knowledge of licensing limitations, virtual dialers, and other related tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues quickly and effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification is preferred.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with other CRM systems and their integrations.
• Knowledge of other programming languages and platforms (e.g., Java, .NET).
