About the position

As a Salesforce Developer at Dexian, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions that meet the needs of our clients. You will leverage your extensive experience in CRM development to create scalable and efficient applications using the Salesforce platform. Your expertise will be essential in crafting Lightning Apps and integrating Salesforce APIs to enhance user experience and streamline business processes. You will work closely with clients to gather requirements, provide insights on best practices, and deliver solutions that align with their business objectives. In this position, you will be responsible for utilizing your knowledge of Salesforce Communities, Marketing Cloud, and various Salesforce modules such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud. You will demonstrate your proficiency in the Force.com development platform, including Apex programming, Lightning Web Components, and the Salesforce design principles. Your role will also involve managing the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), employing Agile methodologies, and utilizing Continuous Integration/Continuous Development (CI/CD) tools like Jenkins and Salesforce DX. You will be expected to take personal accountability for delivering strong results, showcasing your problem-solving skills by addressing complex challenges from multiple perspectives. Your ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, will be vital as you facilitate discussions with clients and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions that meet client needs.
  • Craft Lightning Apps using Lightning Design System, Lightning App Builder, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Integrate Salesforce APIs and develop Apex Triggers, Classes, and Callouts.
  • Manage the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and employ Agile methodologies.
  • Utilize Continuous Integration/Continuous Development (CI/CD) tools for application build and deployment.
  • Participate in client discussions to gather requirements and provide scalable solutions.
  • Bridge the needs between business and IT teams to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
  • Take personal accountability for delivering strong results and solving complex challenges.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in computer science or related major with 6+ years of CRM development experience or Master's in computer science with 4+ years of CRM Development.
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator and/or Certified Salesforce Developer.
  • Experience with Salesforce Communities or Marketing Cloud is preferred.
  • Knowledgeable in standard functions/modules of Salesforce.com: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud.
  • Demonstrated experience with Force.com development platform and Salesforce APIs.
  • Experience crafting Lightning Apps and using Apex programming.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce design principles and data modeling.
  • Experience with large scale system implementation, integration, and data conversion.
  • Excellent facilitation, influencing, and negotiation skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • AWS certification would be preferred.
  • Experience with Application build and deploy using CI/CD tools - Jenkins and Salesforce DX.
  • Demonstrable experience in bridging the needs and pace across business and IT teams.
