About the position

Pyramid Systems, Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Developer to support a high visibility modernization project. The ideal candidate will lead the development and implementation of solutions leveraging Salesforce, ensuring that business requirements are met and user stories are fulfilled. This role involves collaborating with a team to support UX/UI engineering tasks, analyzing business requirements, and translating them into actionable user stories and tasks. The Salesforce Developer will also be responsible for identifying risks and issues early in the project lifecycle and developing effective mitigation strategies. In addition to development tasks, the Salesforce Developer will manage Salesforce administration and configurations, which includes overseeing the organizational structure, app integrations, and other subscriptions. As a trusted advisor, the developer will provide industry best practices to key business and technology stakeholders, ensuring that the solutions developed are aligned with organizational goals and standards. This position requires a strong technical background, particularly in Salesforce technologies, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of solutions leveraging Salesforce.
• Develop solutions to meet business requirements and fulfill user stories, leading a team through build, test, and deployment phases.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into user stories and tasks.
• Support UX/UI engineering tasks in collaboration with the team.
• Identify risks and issues early and develop mitigation strategies.
• Manage Salesforce administration and configurations, including organizational structure, app integrations, and other subscriptions.
• Provide industry best practices as a trusted advisor to key business and technology stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems Management or equivalent work experience in the field of Cybersecurity.
• Ability to pass a Tier 2 background investigation.
• US Citizen with 8 years of related experience.
• Strong knowledge and proficiency in computer languages such as Apex, Mulesoft, Java, PHP, and SQL.
• Strong knowledge of HTML technologies and web frameworks.
• Experience developing with Apex, Mulesoft, Java, JSP, Struts, MS SQL, JQuery, Bootstrap, Power BI, and other related software applications utilized within the Salesforce platform.
• Experience with Jira, Bitbucket, GitHub, and Azure DevSecOps.
• Possession of certification in related programming fields is a plus.
