About the position

Join our Business Operations Guild as a Salesforce Developer, where you'll be at the heart of driving technical solutions to empower our sales and account management teams. In this role, you will: Design, develop, test, and deploy customized solutions within Salesforce using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and other tools. Handle Salesforce integration with internal and external systems. Troubleshoot and debug system errors and performance issues. Create and maintain technical documentation and best practices. Identify opportunities to optimize and automate business processes across departments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy customized solutions within Salesforce using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and other tools

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in a mid to large-sized, sales-driven organization, preferably on a Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, CS Operations, or Salesforce team
• Salesforce Platform Developer I (or II) Certification
• Familiarity with agile project management tools like Jira
• Strong business analysis and functional skills, including requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder engagement
• Experience with integration tools and processes (e.g., Workato, MuleSoft, Zapier)
• Collaborative, detail-oriented, and excited to work in a fast-paced environment where innovation meets impact
