About the position

Allied Consultants, Inc. is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join their technical services team. This role is crucial for developing software solutions that meet user needs and enhance system performance. The developer will work within an Agile framework, focusing on hands-on programming in Salesforce and collaborating with team members to deliver high-quality solutions. The position requires a strong background in Salesforce development, including Apex programming and integration with various applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop software solutions by studying information needs and conferring with users.
• Investigate problem areas and prepare solutions by determining system specifications and standards.
• Participate in the completion of deliverables according to the Agile team's definition of done.
• Document solutions, analyze problems, and resolve issues as required.
• Support applications in multiple environments with coding testing, peer reviews, and troubleshooting.
• Provide on-call support as needed.

Requirements

• 8 years of experience in Salesforce, including Apex programming, Visualforce pages, and Lightning web components.
• 8 years of experience in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) process, coding standards, and version management.
• 8 years of experience in all End-to-End technical aspects of Salesforce.com programs, including upgrades and data migrations.
• 8 years of experience in implementing various authentication protocols (oAuth) for 3rd party integrations.
• 8 years of experience with core web technologies such as HTML5, JavaScript, and web services (REST & SOAP).
• 8 years of experience integrating Salesforce with cloud-based and on-premises applications using standard and custom REST APIs.

Nice-to-haves

• 4 years of experience in DevOps technology including CI/CD pipeline and deployment tools.
• 2 years of experience in creating custom Reports and Dashboards in Salesforce.
• 2 years of experience with Agile Software Development Methodologies.
