We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Developer with a passion for rapid development and a knack for building innovative, scalable, and robust digital products in the Salesforce cloud. This position can be based in Virginia Beach, VA, or can be performed remotely. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, cloud technologies, data management, and application development. This role is crucial in enhancing our Salesforce platform to meet business requirements and improve overall efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Integrate Salesforce with other cloud services and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
• Manage and optimize data within Salesforce, including data migrations, integrations, and data cleansing.
• Develop and maintain custom web applications on the Salesforce platform to support various business functions.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior developers and other team members.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in Salesforce development.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation to support ongoing development and maintenance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Experience with cloud technologies and integrating Salesforce with other cloud services, particularly AWS.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data management, including data migration, integration, and cleansing.
• Experience in developing custom applications on the Salesforce platform.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Nice-to-haves

• Salesforce Developer I & II certification(s) is a plus.
• Healthcare industry experience.
