About the position

The Salesforce Developer at CG Infinity, Inc. is responsible for facilitating requirements development, interpreting technical roadmaps, and presenting implementation needs to both technical teams and C-Level executives. This role serves as a liaison between various stakeholders during the implementation phase, ensuring a seamless client experience. The developer will lead discovery workshops, manage a team of Salesforce Developers, and provide expertise in Salesforce architecture, configuration, and customization.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements development sessions to understand the customer's current state.
• Interpret technical and business strategy roadmaps and apply detailed technical solutions.
• Present implementation needs and options to technical teams and C-Level audience.
• Elevate client experience as a liaison between technical teams, testing teams, and business stakeholders.
• Lead discovery workshops, including solution presentations and prototype demonstrations.
• Execute rapid analysis and decompose complex business information into technical components.
• Collaborate closely with team members to achieve common objectives.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for technical and solution architecture in Salesforce environments.
• Provide a holistic view of the Salesforce Roadmap, including releases and enhancements.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure production application deployments are smooth.
• Document functional flows and update application documentation.
• Directly manage a team of Salesforce Developers, coaching and monitoring their performance.
• Interface with business analysts and technical staff to deliver complete work products.
• Research and stay current on force.com technologies and communicate trends.
• Respond promptly to internal and external customer requests.
• Execute daily, iteration, and project level tasks on time.
• Lead the design and development of assigned projects.
• Contribute actively in a fast-paced environment.
• Work independently or as part of a team.
• Understand SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM).

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working within the Salesforce platform at a development level.
• Salesforce certification is required.
• Strong experience with Apex coding and Visual Force page creation.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality and ability to communicate its capabilities and limitations.
• Ability to build and demonstrate prototypes in Salesforce.
• Experience with user acceptance test planning.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud functionality.
• Highly motivated with a desire to learn and contribute.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com functionality in system implementation, integration, and adoption.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with data migration tools is a plus.
• Consulting background preferred.
