About the position

As a Salesforce Developer at GG Homes, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the Salesforce platform. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement innovative Salesforce solutions that enhance the company's operations in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and triggers.
  • Develop and maintain Visualforce, Apex, and Lightning components to enhance the Salesforce environment.
  • Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs, web services, and middleware.
  • Create and manage Salesforce reports, dashboards, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Implement and manage Salesforce security models, including profiles, roles, and sharing settings.
  • Conduct regular system audits, prepare for Salesforce upgrades, and maintain system health.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are equipped to utilize Salesforce functionalities effectively.
  • Continuously optimize Salesforce processes and recommend best practices for scaling and performance.

Requirements

  • Basic Salesforce Admin Certification, Advanced Admin Certification, Developer Platform Certifications.
  • Minimum of 3 years of Salesforce experience.
  • Proficiency in Visualforce, Apex, and Lightning components.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems via APIs and web services.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with additional CRM platforms.
  • Familiarity with cloud services and infrastructure management.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry.
