About the position
The Salesforce Developer role involves designing and developing software solutions tailored to meet user needs and system specifications. The developer will work within an Agile (Scrum) team, focusing on coding, testing, and troubleshooting Salesforce applications while ensuring effective communication and support across various environments.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop software solutions by analyzing information needs and collaborating with users.
- Investigate issues and define system specifications for Salesforce applications.
- Program Salesforce applications and ensure they meet user requirements.
- Participate in an Agile (Scrum) team, delivering tasks to the definition of done.
- Conduct coding, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting of applications.
- Perform root cause analysis and peer reviews of code.
- Provide on-call support for applications as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Salesforce development and programming.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
