The Salesforce Developer position at CodeForce 360 is designed for an experienced professional with a strong background in enterprise-level projects and agile methodologies. The role focuses on customizing and configuring the Salesforce platform to meet business needs, leading discovery sessions, and defining system architecture. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with AI tools within Salesforce and will be responsible for delivering comprehensive solutions that align with desired business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise-level projects using agile software development methodologies
• Extensive experience with configuration and customization on the Salesforce platform
• Authority level experience defining the system architecture landscape and identifying gaps between current and desired end-states
• Leading discovery sessions, defining business requirements, writing user stories, and providing detailed system and functional designs
• Hands-on experience with Einstein in Salesforce Service Cloud
• Detailing business processes and wire-framing system designs using process flow diagram tools, UML, sequence diagrams, etc.
• Making recommendations for future state improved processes and system designs
• Strong presentation skills to articulate points of view to team members
• Developing materials appropriate for various audiences

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise-level projects
• Extensive experience with Salesforce configuration and customization
• Experience leading discovery sessions and defining business requirements
• Hands-on experience with Einstein tools in Salesforce Service Cloud
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to rapidly learn new concepts, business models, and technologies
