About the position

Simeon Global Consulting is seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, build, and maintain Salesforce solutions that enhance business functionality and streamline processes. This role involves developing custom applications and integrating Salesforce with other systems to drive operational efficiency, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver robust solutions that support the company's strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components to extend Salesforce functionality.
• Build and implement Salesforce integrations with other platforms, optimizing data flow across systems.
• Ensure data integrity within Salesforce, create custom reports and dashboards, and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making.
• Work with stakeholders to understand requirements, provide technical guidance, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Conduct thorough testing of developed solutions to ensure reliability and adherence to best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, data management, and system integrations.
• Proficiency with Salesforce automation tools, including Flow and Process Builder.
• Familiarity with Salesforce administration, security settings, and user management.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with building automation flows within Salesforce.
• Knowledge of Office 365 integration with Salesforce.
• Geographical mapping integration experience with Salesforce.
• Experience in developing community portals.
• Familiarity with Einstein Analytics and AI capabilities in Salesforce.
