About the position

The Salesforce Developer will be a key member of a team responsible for the implementation, development, and support of internal business applications, specifically focusing on Salesforce CRM software. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver technical solutions, assist users during UAT, and troubleshoot issues, all while maintaining documentation and meeting project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Work with Salesforce project manager, implementation consultants, business SMEs, and technical teams to understand business processes and deliver technical solutions in the Salesforce.com platform.
• Assist business users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and troubleshoot and resolve implementation and integration issues.
• Participate in discussions for new initiatives/projects and develop technical solutions based on those discussions.
• Meet deadlines for individual and team projects.
• Maintain technical documentation and source control related to project design and implementation.
• Respond quickly to resolve application issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or equivalent.
• Three (3) to five (5) years of Salesforce.com implementation and development experience.
• One or more Salesforce developer certifications: Platform App Builder, Developer I, and Developer II.
• Hands-on experience with customization (Apex Triggers, Classes & Visual Force) and configuration (Formulas, Workflows, Approval processes, Custom objects and fields, Sharing Rules, Page layouts, Record types, Permission Sets, Reports and Dashboards).
• Experience in developing integrating solutions using MS Tools, Salesforce.com APIs, and third-party APIs.
• Proficient in working with MS SQL databases.
• Health Cloud implementation & development experience is desirable.
