About the position

Cognizant is seeking a passionate and highly motivated Salesforce Einstein Bot Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating conversational experiences within the Salesforce environment, specifically focusing on the development and deployment of Einstein Bots. You will leverage your extensive experience in Salesforce CRM to design, develop, and implement solutions that enhance customer interactions and automate routine tasks. Your work will directly contribute to improving response times and streamlining customer service processes through the use of natural language processing (NLP) tools. As a Salesforce Einstein developer, you will engage in various tasks including the analysis, design, development, customization, and integration of Salesforce CRM applications. You will work on implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud platforms. Your role will also involve managing integrations with Salesforce and third-party applications to extend the functionality of the chatbots you develop. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, although candidates should be willing to travel as needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development, with at least 5 years of experience in the field, and a passion for creating innovative solutions that enhance user experience. Responsibilities

  • Create conversational experiences within the Salesforce environment.
  • Design, develop, and deploy Einstein Bots to handle routine tasks and focus on complex issues.
  • Improve response times by automating customer service processes.
  • Implement natural language processing (NLP) tools to enhance the bot's understanding and interaction.
  • Manage integrations with Salesforce and third-party applications to extend chatbot functionality.
  • Engage in analysis, design, development, customization, and integration of Salesforce CRM applications.
  • Work on various implementations on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud platforms.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM development.
  • Extensive experience with analysis, design, development, customizations, and integration of Salesforce CRM applications.
  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud platforms.
  • Strong skills in natural language processing (NLP).
  • Ability to manage integrations with Salesforce and third-party applications.

Nice-to-haves

  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II certification is required.
  • Experience Cloud certification is highly preferred.
