About the position

The Salesforce Enablement Manager at Hearst TV is responsible for enhancing the effectiveness of the sales team through the management of Salesforce (SFDC) tools, AI reporting, and training initiatives. This role involves overseeing product updates, user account management, and collaboration with corporate teams to optimize sales processes and improve overall salesforce utilization.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage dashboards and reports in Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Oversee IO/Product changes and new product updates.
  • Set up new user accounts and troubleshoot issues.
  • Develop billing instructions for new products.
  • Collaborate with the corporate SFDC team during weekly meetings.
  • Provide staff training on SFDC.
  • Update commission plans and structures.
  • Provide reporting to sales managers highlighting areas of opportunity to increase salesforce usage by rep along with enacting strategies to improve SFDC utilization.
  • Utilize AI to generate enhanced reporting.
  • Leverage AI to improve dashboard creation.
  • Captain SAEN and Austin AI strategies.
  • Approve rates for new products and sales initiatives in NewsCycle Advertising (Naviga).
  • Test billing processes for new products.
  • Act as the primary liaison with iPublish during weekly meetings.
  • Produce and analyze iPublish reports.
  • Set up and maintain contracts in the eContract system (currently DocuSign).
  • Manage advertising contracts for Park Advertising, City of San Antonio Procurement, Texas Public Notices, and Bexar County.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new salespeople in concert with the corporate team.
  • Provide business unit-specific training for the San Antonio Express-News (SAEN) and Austin as needed.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) and AI tools.
  • Strong communication and training capabilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with external partners and internal teams.
  • Expertise in contract management and documentation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a similar role.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with DocuSign and AI-driven analytics preferred.
