About the position

The Enterprise Architect at NMDP is responsible for overseeing the organization's technology strategy and architecture, ensuring alignment with business goals while enhancing operational capabilities across various platforms. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to develop technology solutions that are secure, reliable, and scalable, while also providing guidance to technology teams on best practices in system architecture and design.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and maintaining the overall technology strategy and roadmap for the organization.
  • Ensuring alignment between technology initiatives and business goals.
  • Providing guidance and direction to technology teams on system architecture, design, and development best practices and standards.
  • Identifying and managing risks associated with technology initiatives.
  • Collaborating with a larger architectural team.
  • Formulating technology strategies that harmonize with specific business requirements and the company's overall strategic vision.
  • Leading the development of the organization's technology roadmap.
  • Providing expert technical guidance and support to solution architects and development teams.
  • Overseeing the lifecycle of integration projects from initiation to delivery.
  • Spearheading the full integration of Salesforce Health Cloud.
  • Developing and overseeing a Critical Data Model within Salesforce.
  • Innovating patient care management by guiding the development of dynamic Salesforce profiles.
  • Optimizing Salesforce's Care and Program Management modules for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Influencing discussions and decisions within the Architecture Review Board.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, and FEAF.
  • Understanding of business architecture and its support for business strategy and operations.
  • Familiarity with technology architecture, including infrastructure, applications, data, and security.
  • Awareness of emerging technologies and trends in the industry.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in the industry.
  • Ability to switch between big picture thinking and managing relevant details.
  • Experience in Solution Architecture.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to anticipate stakeholder needs and develop potential solutions.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience integrating social networks within Salesforce.
  • Experience transitioning from Household to Person Accounts in Salesforce.
  • Utilization of AI capabilities for advanced data analysis and predictive insights.
  • Integration knowledge with middleware tools like WSO2, Informatica, MuleSoft.
