About the position

The Enterprise Architect at Beacon Systems, Inc. is responsible for translating complex business requirements into specific systems and applications designs, particularly focusing on Salesforce solutions. This role involves analyzing customer service requirements, designing service solutions, and constructing detailed solutions that encompass process, technology, and staffing plans. The Enterprise Architect will also maintain industry knowledge to deliver leading service solutions and oversee the implementation of security policies and practices.

Responsibilities

• Translate client's business requirements into specific systems, applications, or process designs.
• Analyze customer service requirements and design service solutions to meet objectives.
• Construct specific solution, scope document, risk profile, and corresponding financials.
• Utilize detailed industry and internal services knowledge in constructing service solutions.
• Develop specific and detailed solutions encompassing process, technology, and staffing plans for customer sales opportunities.
• Oversee and provide guidance in troubleshooting and solving complex problems related to system software and hardware incidents.
• Manage, maintain, and oversee the support of Salesforce Orgs and its environments.
• Implement and improve security policies and practices.
• Integrate data, applications, services, and technologies into Salesforce solutions, including MuleSoft.
• Write Apex programming, Visualforce pages, Apex triggers, Aura Components, and Lightning web components.

Requirements

• Experience with Enterprise and Software engineering using recognized approaches such as SEI or TOGAF.
• Experience as an Enterprise or Software Architect for systems implemented in Salesforce.
• Experience integrating data, applications, services, and technologies into a Salesforce solution including MuleSoft.
• Experience delivering low-code solutions that minimize customized code while meeting functional and non-functional requirements.
• Experience in overseeing and providing guidance in troubleshooting complex problems related to system software and hardware incidents.
• Experience managing and maintaining Salesforce Orgs and its environments.
• Experience integrating non-Salesforce applications and services, including REST APIs, Visualforce, LWC, Aura, Apex, HTML5, and JavaScript.
• Experience in Salesforce implementation and development, including writing Apex programming and Visualforce pages.
• Knowledge in implementing solutions using configurations such as Flows, process builders, and workflow rules.
• Experience in Agile Software Development Methodologies.
• Experience in Cloud Architecture - Azure, AWS.
