About the position
The Salesforce Experience Cloud Tech Lead at Capgemini is responsible for leading technical project teams in the implementation and management of Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions. This role involves overseeing project execution, resource allocation, and providing technical guidance to developers, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations. The position requires strong leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with both onshore and offshore teams, as well as stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Onsite technical lead for Salesforce Experience Cloud projects.
- Manage technical project team members, both onshore and offshore.
- Resource allocation and work prioritization for project tasks.
- Effort estimations to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Guide developers with technical solutions and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with onshore team members for seamless project execution.
Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in Salesforce project execution.
- At least 3+ years in a lead role.
- Hands-on Experience Cloud implementation experience.
- Systems design experience, including data flows and APIs.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication skills for client presentations.
- Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud development and management.
- Proven experience with APEX, LWC, and writing SOQL queries.
- Knowledge of data access and sharing rules (security model).
- Experience with integration patterns between legacy systems and Salesforce.
Nice-to-haves
- Certifications in Experience Cloud, PD1, PD2.
- Experience in Sales Cloud, preferably in the Telco domain.
