About the position

The Salesforce Financial Cloud Service Developer (FSC Certified) position is a critical role within our organization, located in Atlanta, GA. This hybrid role requires the candidate to be in the office 2 to 3 days a week, emphasizing the importance of collaboration and teamwork. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and customizing Salesforce Financial Cloud solutions, ensuring that they meet the specific needs of our clients and stakeholders. This role is a contract position, which allows for flexibility and the opportunity to work on various projects within the Salesforce ecosystem. In this position, the developer will work extensively with highly customized Salesforce environments, utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visual Flows, and AppExchange applications. The role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce configurations, including but not limited to flows, validations, approval processes, and security models. The developer will also be involved in implementing batch processes, managing permission sets, and creating custom objects to enhance the functionality of the Salesforce platform. The candidate will be expected to handle several integrations with other applications through APIs and backend SQL Server, utilizing the DBAmp product to synchronize data between Salesforce and SQL Server in our Azure environment. A strong technical and functional understanding of Salesforce Financial Service Cloud is essential, as the developer will be responsible for implementing financial service flows, validation rules, approval processes, reports, and dashboards. Additionally, the role requires hands-on experience with customization tasks such as Apex triggers, batch scheduling, Visualforce components, and test classes. Excellent communication skills are a must, as the developer will need to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders. A willingness to learn and maintain a positive attitude is also crucial for success in this role. Familiarity with JIRA and Agile methodologies will be beneficial, as the team operates in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and customize Salesforce Financial Cloud solutions to meet client needs.
  • Implement highly customized Salesforce features including Apex, LWC, and Visual Flows.
  • Manage integrations with other applications through APIs and SQL Server.
  • Utilize DBAmp to synchronize data between Salesforce and SQL Server in Azure.
  • Configure Salesforce settings including flows, validations, and approval processes.

Requirements

  • Salesforce Financial Service Cloud certification is a must.
