Protiviti is looking for a Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Architect Senior Manager to join our growing Salesforce team.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to identify and manage risk.
• Develop strategies to solve complex business problems using new ways of thinking.
• Devise solutions to support clients' needs through using the latest tools and methods.
• Develop lasting relationships with client personnel and further these relationships through quality product delivery.
• Foster a network within the business community and serve as an ambassador of Protiviti in the market.
• Mentor and provide performance development to teams as you oversee the successful completion of project work plans.
• Lead functional workshops and demonstrate leadership skills in solution designing, delivering, testing, and deploying in Agile methodology.
• Provide expertise in User Journey preparations, User Story reviews, Data Modeling, Apex Design Patterns, LWC, and other modern UI techniques.
• Lead the architecture and design of sophisticated Salesforce projects for clients within the Financial Services Industry.
• Advise customers on the overall enterprise architecture and assist in developing overall architectural strategy.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of requirements and assess the feasibility of various solutions.
• Develop roadmaps and provide strategic guidance to clients to ensure alignment between business objectives and solutions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the client driving conversations with their admins, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Manage customer expectations and negotiate solutions to sophisticated problems.
• Build out sophisticated business processes using native Salesforce Industries technology.
• Anticipate, identify, highlight architectural risks associated with projects and manage risk areas proactively.
• Provide architectural mentorship and support to project teams.
• Create development opportunities for others, including participating in the creation and rollout of training.
• Contribute to the preparation of client proposals and strategies to win new business.
• Identify opportunities to integrate product solutions and resources to improve client service capabilities.

Requirements

• Experience leading multiple FSC implementations.
• Proven experience (5+ years) of relevant consulting experience in professional services, designing technology solutions.
• Extensive experience in handling complex, multi-platform, client-facing projects.
• Extensive experience with Cloud and cloud-based technologies, ideally Financial Services Cloud.
• Demonstrated experience with data architecture.
• Extensive experience in System-to-System integration and distributed architectures.
• Expertise in one or multiple domains of Banking, Insurance, Wealth & Asset Management.
• Strong background in Integration Architecture, Platform Security, Identity and Access Management.
• Proficiency in Salesforce/Apex, Triggers, Lightning Flows, Lightning, LWC, and modern web and mobile technologies.
• Establishing and cultivating business relationships and a professional network.
• Successfully pursuing business development opportunities.

• Experience working for a technology consulting firm or software product company.
• Professional Certification such as Salesforce Certification Preferred (Admin, Developer, Sales Cloud, and FSC, Application Architect).
