About the position

The Salesforce Functional Marketing Cloud Manager at Accenture is responsible for leading project teams to analyze client requirements and develop customized marketing solutions using the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, effective client relations, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery of quality work.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to analyze their work practices and understand their business needs.
• Define client needs and customize marketing solutions using the Force.com platform.
• Develop a strategic vision for projects, including product development and improvements.
• Estimate work effort, lead project scoping, and determine required resources.
• Set realistic schedules and build accurate communication and governance plans.
• Maintain effective client relations and deliver timely information regarding project impact.
• Document Marketing Cloud data modeling and architecture.

Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (formerly ExactTarget).
• A minimum of 4 years of functional experience on the Salesforce.com platforms.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).
• Experience supporting Salesforce Marketing Cloud clients.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and/or Interaction Studio.
• Knowledgeable in both functional and technical aspects of CRM or Digital Marketing engagement.
• Experience working with SQL, JavaScript, and HTML.
• Understanding of integrations, single sign-on, and security (MuleSoft, Informatica, other ETL tools preferred).
• Demonstrable experience in technology implementation full lifecycle/enterprise software projects.
