About the position

The Salesforce Functional Marketing Cloud Manager at Accenture is responsible for analyzing client requirements and crafting tailored marketing solutions using the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. This role involves collaborating with project teams, maintaining effective client relations, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. The manager will also document data modeling and architecture while leading project scoping and resource planning.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to analyze their work practices and understand their business needs.
• Define needs and customize marketing solutions using the Force.com platform.
• Own the development of a strategic vision for projects, including product development and improvements.
• Make recommendations based on analysis, estimate work effort, and lead project scoping.
• Determine required resources, set a realistic schedule, and build accurate communication and governance plans.
• Maintain effective client relations and deliver timely and relevant information.
• Document Marketing Cloud data modeling and architecture, including data extension modeling.

Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience supporting Salesforce Marketing Cloud clients.
• A minimum of 4 years of functional experience on the Salesforce.com platforms.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).
• Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and/or Interaction Studio is a plus.
• Knowledgeable in both functional and technical aspects of CRM or Digital Marketing engagement.
• Superb communication and presentation skills.
• Combination of business analysis and technology implementation experience.
• Adaptable to a multifaceted work environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Salesforce certified (Marketing Cloud Email Studio Specialist, Admin).
• Experienced in working with SQL, JavaScript, and HTML.
• Understanding of integrations, single sign-on, security, etc. (MuleSoft, Informatica, other ETL tools preferred).
• Demonstrable experience in technology implementation full lifecycle/enterprise software projects.
