In addition to technical skills, the candidate should be well-versed in the Salesforce Lightning Component Framework. They will be responsible for building dynamic web applications and leveraging Health Cloud components, particularly those related to care coordination and patient management. This includes a thorough understanding of how to implement these features to enhance user experience and operational efficiency. The role also emphasizes the importance of data management and security within Health Cloud. The candidate must demonstrate expertise in handling sensitive healthcare data, ensuring compliance with regulations such as HIPAA, and designing data models that meet organizational needs. Familiarity with Health Cloud-specific SOQL/SOSL queries is essential for effective data manipulation and retrieval. Integration experience is another critical aspect of this position. The candidate should have a proven track record of integrating Salesforce Health Cloud with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and other healthcare IT solutions.
