About the position

The Salesforce Health Cloud Technical Developer at Accenture is responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business processes and application requirements, specifically within the healthcare sector. This role involves collaborating with clients and project teams to gather requirements, develop custom solutions using Salesforce technologies, and support the software development life cycle from analysis to deployment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, enabling them to manage multiple projects effectively while delivering high-quality work on time.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients and senior analysts to gather business requirements.
  • Design, build, and configure applications to meet business processes and application requirements.
  • Develop custom and out-of-the-box solutions using Salesforce and Field Service functionality.
  • Participate in the software development life cycle from requirements analysis to deployment.
  • Provide documentation for reference and maintenance.
  • Implement solutions using standard methodology and participate in peer code reviews and unit testing.
  • Support post-deployment activities including knowledge transfer, process documentation, and application bug fixes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of Salesforce Health Cloud development experience.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Salesforce software or business practices.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).
  • If Associates Degree, must have minimum 6 years' work experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in Cloud based Field Service solutions.
  • Experience in Salesforce.com implementations.
  • Prior experience as a team member of successful software project implementations related to Service Cloud, Service Power or ServiceMax.
  • Experience in a consulting organization.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
