About the position
The Salesforce Industries Technical Architect at Capgemini is responsible for leading the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, particularly within the Salesforce Industries framework. This role requires extensive experience in Salesforce and a strong understanding of best practices in solution architecture. The architect will work closely with clients to ensure that solutions align with their business needs and leverage the full capabilities of Salesforce and SFI (Salesforce Industries).
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solutioning in Salesforce and Salesforce Industries, ensuring alignment with best practices.
- Configure and customize Salesforce using Apex, Batch Apex, Trigger, Flow, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Implement OmniStudio components using Flex Cards, Data Raptors, Integration Procedures, and Omni Scripts.
- Manage SFI EPC, including Product Configuration, Context Rules, Advanced Rules, and Pricing.
- Oversee CPQ implementation, including CPQ Cards/templates, Pricing Plans, and Cart APIs.
- Understand and manage the SFI Contract Management Life Cycle.
- Utilize CI/CD processes and DevOps tools such as GIT and SFDX.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and present solutions to clients.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Salesforce.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Salesforce Industries (formerly Vlocity).
- Expertise in Salesforce configuration and customization.
- Hands-on experience with OmniStudio components and CPQ.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD processes and DevOps tools.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Salesforce Architect certifications or in progress, and OmniStudio Developer certification.
