About the position

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Architect to join our team. The Salesforce Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions that meet the needs of our business. This role requires extensive knowledge of the Salesforce platform and the ability to lead technical projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce architecture and development, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. In this role, you will develop and implement technical strategies and architecture for Salesforce solutions, ensuring they meet business needs and are scalable, secure, and maintainable. You will oversee the development and customization of Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and custom applications. As a technical leader, you will provide guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices and standards are followed throughout the project lifecycle. You will also be responsible for designing and implementing integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and third-party applications. Ensuring data integrity and security within Salesforce will be a key focus, including data migration, data quality, and data governance. Additionally, you will monitor and optimize the performance of Salesforce applications, ensuring efficient use of resources. Comprehensive technical documentation will be created and maintained, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and user guides. Collaboration with business stakeholders, project managers, and other IT teams will be essential to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure successful project delivery. You will also provide training and support to Salesforce users and administrators, ensuring they are proficient in using the platform.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Extensive experience working with Salesforce, including experience in architecting and implementing Salesforce solutions.
• Experience in a leadership or senior technical role is preferred.
• Proficiency in Salesforce development tools and technologies, such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, security, and best practices.
• Experience with Salesforce integration tools and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and innovatively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with other CRM platforms and enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of additional programming languages and technologies (e.g., Java, JavaScript, HTML/CSS).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
