About the position

The Salesforce Lead Architect is responsible for implementing CRM solutions on the Salesforce Force.com platform, with a focus on architecture, technical design, and integration. This role requires extensive experience in Salesforce technologies, particularly in Lightning Web Components, Apex programming, and various Salesforce clouds. The position involves working closely with diverse stakeholders and may require travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Implement CRM solutions on the Salesforce Force.com platform.
• Design and evaluate technical architecture and data models.
• Customize Lightning Web Components and perform Apex programming.
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems using REST APIs.
• Work on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud on the Salesforce Lightning platform.
• Provide proactive solutions for complex project situations.
• Execute multiple complex and critical projects in a global delivery environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required, or three years of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 14 years of experience in implementing CRM solutions on Salesforce Force.com platform.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components, Apex programming, and REST API integration.
• At least 3 years of experience in problem definition, architecture, technical design, and data models.
• At least 3 years of experience in development, configuration, solutions evaluation, validation, and deployment.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform best practices and implementation processes.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a diverse team environment.
