About the position
The Salesforce Lead Developer will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions, leveraging extensive experience in software development and programming. This role requires a strong understanding of Salesforce technologies, including Lightning, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud, as well as the ability to integrate Salesforce with other platforms. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership in SaaS solutions and possess strong client-facing communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions.
- Configure and develop Salesforce Lightning components.
- Integrate Salesforce with multiple other platforms and technologies.
- Provide thought leadership in SaaS solutions and technologies.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality solutions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of direct experience in software development and/or programming design.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning (Configuration and Development).
- Proficiency in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce programming including APEX, Force.com, and VisualForce.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce communities and the Lightning Platform.
- Strong client-facing communication skills and business analytical skills.
